Meringue Online Baking Class

Want to learn my secrets to making the most delicious and beautiful meringues? You can have your delicious meringues baking away in the oven in 30 minutes. 

And before you say there is no way I can make those, you 100% can make them and you do not need baking or cooking experience to make them either. My nieces who were 7 & 9 at the time learnt to make these and if they can do it so can you. 

You only need 3 ingredients and that's including the vanilla so its only 2 main ingredients to be able to make these delicious bite sized treats. There is also only a few steps involved but I will show you the method and my recipe that I use all the time to make sure they aren't too sweet, you can't taste sugar granules throughout the meringues and that they are nice and crispy on the outside with a beautiful delicious center that doesn't taste eggy.  

They are perfect for the holiday season you can make your own Pavlova Grazing Board at home to make your mini pavlova's. But they also taste delicious just as meringue kisses, I have to make batches of these at Christmas because they go so quickly. I also use them to pop with some of our delicious cookies for little gifts to give to people around the holidays like neighbours, doctors, beautician etc. 

And because your making them at home you know exactly what is in them and they taste better too.
