Refund policy

Individual or One Time Purchases:

Due to the nature of our business, refunds and exchanges are not available on any of our products for change of mind. 

If however a product is damaged, incorrect as per the order or you are unsatisfied we will be happy to look to replace or refund the full value minus shipping, you will not be required to send back the original purchase. Each case will be assessed by the Bake it by Giovannelli’s team, please get in touch via email hello@bakeitbygiovannellis.com.au so we can evaluate and investigate the issue, we are always here to help and happy to assist so don't hesitate to reach out.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Subscription Service: 

Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges on our subscription services for either monthly or annual options once your payment has come out. Please see Subscription Policy for cancellation.
