What you need to add:
180g just melted butter
2 whole eggs & 1 egg yolk
1tsp Vanilla Essence
How to make our delicious Brownies:

Preheat oven to 175°C and coat your 9-inch baking tin (use a metal tray not a glass one as it will change the way these delicious brownies cook) with butter or cooking spray and line with non-stick baking paper.

Melt butter in a microwave safe dish in 30 second burst until it is just melted, stir well between bursts. You want it to be just melted, not hot and bubbling!

While melting butter, crack eggs and give them a good mix with your fork to break them up, this way they will incorporate better into your mixture.

Add butter, packet of Bake It brownies and eggs into a bowl and mix until all the ingredients are just incorporated you don’t want to overmix this. The mixture will be thicker than say a cake batter.

Pour mixture into prepped tray, make sure it is evenly spread and pop in the oven to bake away for 15 minutes or until your skewer or fork comes out clean, don’t overbake otherwise they will dry out.

Leave to sit until it has cooled, the hardest part we know! Then slice into 4 even rows across and lengthways. Store any leftovers in an airtight container, as there are no additional nasties, they will taste best up to 4-5 days after baking. This is a great freezer friendly addition if you are not eating all the brownies right away, you can freeze them in a container or individual freezer friendly bags.

Taste Tip! Bake It Brownies are delicious fresh but super delicious warm so you can give them a quick zap in the microwave before eating if you want something extra special.
*They are also perfect to freeze if you won’t be eating them all straight away
