Cancellation policy

Subscriptions

Bake it by Giovannellis provides a subscription service. When you purchase a subscription from Bake it by Giovannellis you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

By subscribing to our service, you have confirmed that you accept our Terms of Service. Your membership will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card or bank account will be charged automatically for the subscription products, including applicable shipping and handling fees until you cancel your membership.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

If you don’t want to renew your Bake it Box subscription you can cancel it. You may cancel your subscription for the next month at anytime prior to the debit on the 4th of each month, by logging in to your account, selecting Subscriptions, then clicking cancel next to the item.  Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. Please note payments are taken in advance for the upcoming months subscription box or service. If you have any issues cancelling your subscription please email hello@bakeitbygiovannellis.com.au 

* Please note that the re-charge system may show that you are unable to cancel your Bake it Box if you are within the first month, please note you can cancel your subscription as you are not in a lock in contract and please just get in touch hello@bakeitbygiovannellis.com.au so we can assist you. 

Please note for baking mix subscription and all subscriptions other than the Bake it Box have a minimum of 2 orders, meaning two debits will be processed as a minimum including the first debit. If your minimum required 2 orders is up you can cancel by logging in to your account, selecting Subscriptions, then clicking cancel next to the item.  Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. Please note payments are taken in advance for the upcoming months subscription box or service. Please note our minimum subscription for these products is listed on the products page of our websites and is your responsibility to read. We do not take any responsibility for this not being read. When you sign up to our subscription you accept this minimum order requirement and cancellation policy. 

Please note Bake it by Giovannellis does not charge late or dishonour fees and is not responsible for fees or charges associated with your choice of bank. Bake it by Giovannellis will attempt to take any failed subscription charges 3 days after failure an additional 1 times, if your payment is declined the 3rd attempt your subscription will be canceled and you will not be eligible to receive your next subscription.
