How to Make Mini Double Choc Chip Cookies
Making these cookies is as easy as ever! Just follow these simple steps:
Ingredients:

1 pack Bake It by Giovannellis Double Choc Chip Cookies Baking Mix

Wet Ingredients as per the pack, butter, 1 egg & Vanilla essence
Method:

Prepare the Dough: Follow the instructions on your Bake It by Giovannellis Double Choc Chip Cookies Baking Mix to make your cookie dough.

Roll Into Mini Balls: Instead of forming large cookies, roll the dough into small balls—about 1cm in size or roughly a teaspoon’s worth of dough. You should get around 47 mini cookies, but no need to be too precise so don't worry if you have more or less.

Bake to Perfection: Place them on a lined baking tray and bake at the recommended temperature for about 8 minutes. Keep an eye on them – you want the edges to be lightly golden, but not too dark, to keep them soft inside otherwise you will overcook them

Cool & Enjoy: Let them cool slightly before serving. They’re delicious fresh or stored in an airtight container for later. You can even pop these into the freezer as well to enjoy easy snacks for school, work or when guests pop over
