S’mores Chocolate Chip Cookies, Made Easy with Our Baking Mix

There’s something magical about that marshmallow-meets-chocolate combo and now you can bring that S’mores feeling straight into your kitchen with this quick and easy recipe using our Choc Chip Cookie Baking Mix.

You don’t need a campfire to enjoy these gooey, golden cookies. With mini marshmallows baked into the dough, they’re fun, delicious, and seriously nostalgic.

Perfect for parties, lunch boxes, or just a cosy night in with a cuppa!

How to Make S’mores Choc Chip Cookies:

  1. Make your dough
    Prepare your cookie dough using our baking mix, as per the instructions and when you are adding in all your ingredients add in about 1 cup of mini marshmallows.
  2. Roll and bake
    Roll the dough into balls and place them onto a lined baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at the temperature listed on your mix instructions for around 10 minutes  just until the edges are golden.
  3. Cool and enjoy
    Allow the cookies to cool slightly on the tray before transferring to a cooling rack. This helps them finish setting and lets the marshmallow pockets firm up without falling apart.

Tips:

  • Some marshmallows may melt in the oven (it adds a yummy caramelised edge), but you can try adding a few extra marshmallows halfway through baking for even gooier results. Or you can add the marshmallows on top part way through cooking instead of adding them into the mixture. 
  • Want more defined marshmallow spots? Try chilling your cookie dough for 10–15 minutes before baking.
