How to make a sheet cake with your Vanilla Cupcakes Baking Mix

If you didn't know you can actually take your Vanilla Cupcakes baking mix to make a sheet cake! A perfect twist on a birthday classic making a small sheet cake.

Its so simple to do, you just follow the instructions from your mix as usually, preheat your oven to 135°C  and instead of adding it to the cupcake moulds add it to a line brownie or sheet tray.
Mines about 20cm squared. I wouldn’t go too much bigger as it might be too thin

Pop into the oven and bake away for about 30 mins or until baked through. You can test it by lightly pressing on top if it bounces back up it is done if it sinks its not ready. But please be careful you don't burn yourself doing this.
Once cooled use your Buttercream Icing that comes with your baking mix to ice the top on the cake & add some sprinkles if you like or a cake topper.

You can even do some piped roses on top or do some different coloured icing.

And there you go a easy yet delicious birthday cake 🎂 ready to go
Plus its not too thick so is a great size for dessert
