But there is no need to be a pro baker or have any skills to make our delicious Gingerbread or Shortbread baking mixes, they all come with detailed instructions showing you exactly how to make them! Which is perfect for baking along with the kids and making it a bit less stressful or messy in the kitchen for you and they will love being able to make their Christmas Cookies.

All you need to add to Gingerbread is:
100g of Treacle (yes use treacle in Aus, molasses is too strong here, and you can use Golden Syrup if you don't have treacle)
70g Unsalted Butter at room temp
2 Large Egg yolks at room temp
1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
All you need to add to Cinnamon Shortbread and Original Shortbread is:
150g Unsalted butter
2 egg yolks at room temp
1/2 tsp of Vanilla

Our baking mixes have a best before date of 6 months when stored in a cool dry place like a pantry. All mixes come sealed for freshness, to ensure you keep the freshness keep them sealed until your ready to bake them
