All you need to add to Vanilla Cupcakes mix is:

100g Unsalted Butter at room temperature

2 Eggs at room temperature

100ml Buttermilk

1 tsp Vanilla Essence

Vanilla Buttercream Icing:

100g Unsalted Butter at room temperature

1.5 tsp Milk

1 tsp Vanilla Essence

Chocolate Cupcakes:

150g Unsalted Butter at room temperature

2 Eggs at room temperature

130ml Buttermilk or Milk

1 tsp Vanilla Essence

Chocolate Buttercream Icing:

120g Unsalted Butter at room temperature

2 tsp Milk
