Spider Web Brownie Bites

Spider Web Brownie Bites

This one is definitely some Messy Baking but oh its so fun! and it is ones the kids will love to make, as well as adults because it is just a bunch of fun to make and a pretty easy one to make an effective Halloween Dessert đŸ€©

Halloween Baking Mix Series Ep 2. Spider Web Brownie Bites

I made these brownie bites the other day with the Biscoff Brownie Cheesecakes  as one brownie baking mix will make 12 brownies for the cheesecake and 8 extra browniw bits. As soon as I made the brownie bites I knew I wanted to Halloween them up đŸŽƒđŸ•·ïžđŸ•žïž

What you need:
đŸ•žïž Bake it by Giovannellis brownies baking mix made as per the instructions but made into bites instead of the tray in cupcake moulds and baked for 10 minutes, you simply add a Tbsp on Brownie mixture into your cupcake moulds I use our reusable silicone cupcake moulds but you can use paper ones too
đŸ•žïž Some white marshmallows I used mini but you can use any size I melted about a handful but it will depend how many you are making.

How to make them:
đŸ•žïž Bake your brownies as per above and let them completely cool & take them out of the moulds
đŸ•žïž Melt your marshmallows in a microwave safe dish and melt for only about 15 seconds you only want it just melted. If its not melted enough do another burst but only 5-10 seconds at a time, if you do too much it will become hard.
đŸ•žïž Grab a pinch of your melted marshmallows on your finger and pull between another finger like in the video its how you get the web affect, continue until you have the desired amount

Pro tips:
đŸ•žïž If your making a few of these melt your marshmallows in different parts,  decorate a few then melt another batch again so that it doesn’t go hard or get to hard to work with as it doesn't stay melted too long so it is best to do a bit then a bit more.
đŸ•žïž This can be sticky so pop some baking paper underneath to keep things easier for clean up as you can just throw the baking paper away
đŸ•žïž if you find your fingers getting to sticky wash them and start again, I actually found it easier to roll the marshmallow between my fingers so that it becomes a ball and take it off rather than washing it all off, one I got majority off I then washed my hands
đŸ•žïž When you drape the melted marshmallow over the brownie simply place it on top you don't need to push it in too much as it will stick by itself.

And have fun its messy but who cares life is messy 😜

Enjoy and grab your brownies here to enjoy
