Can these go in the dishwasher?

Yes our fully silicone products can go in the dishwasher. But you can also just wash these with soapy water. It is only the wooden handled spatulas that we recommend to hand wash.

Are they BPA Free

Yes all our silicone products are BPA Free, Food grade silicone

Do I need to put them in a or on a baking tray?

Yes, we get this question a lot from people who have used other silicone cupcake moulds before and had them fall in the oven. Silicone Cupcake Moulds replace your Paper Cupcake Patties the lining on the outside of a cupcake. So you pop them into your cupcake tray as normal to bake. We have a blog post on this here. And silicone baking mats replace your baking paper not the tray.

What temperature do they stand?

You can use the mats & silicone cupcake moulds in the fridge, freezer and oven with temperatures from -40°C to 220°C. Your moulds can be used for more than cupcakes but you can also store the baked cupcakes in the moulds in the freezer. And your baking mats can be popped in the freezer too if you need.

Do you need to spay them with oil before baking?

Nope you do not need to use any oils or sprays just add in your batter like you would to a normal cupcake patty. We haven't had any issues with baked goodies not coming out of the moulds or off the mats, we have used them for cupcakes, brownies, no bake cheesecakes, peanut butter cups and they have all come out perfectly. You may get slight residue from say cupcakes etc just like a normal paper patty but it will just come out and not stick
