Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Batter: Follow the instructions on our Chocolate Cupcake Baking Mix instruction card as normal
2️⃣ Line the Tray: Place mini cupcake liners in your mini cupcake tray.
3️⃣ Portion the Batter: Fill each liner with just over ½ a teaspoon of batter—don’t overfill!
4️⃣ Bake: Bake for 10-15 minutes, keeping an eye on them as they are smaller so bake quicker. Once baked leave to completely cool on a cooling rack, you need these to be completely cool before you bake them
5️⃣ Make the Icing: Prepare the chocolate buttercream that comes with your baking mix.
6️⃣ Pipe & Decorate: Use a piping bag with a large open star tip to pipe a small dollop of icing in the center of each cupcake
